We've all had an experience similar to this; an administration drowning in bureaucratic incompetance, f*cking up our lives to the point where we have to waste an entire day trying to rectify something that has no business being f*cked up in the first place. 

If this girl in the right here, then she's kind of my hero. While the whole catch-22 of this thing is that there's no one person to blame for this mistake, this accountability bullsh*t is sort of a problem. College tuition is easily the biggest scam in America, and its simply embarassing that a school could get away with something like this.
