Every year, "Little 500" at Indiana University makes a run for one of the best week long parties of the semester. Tonight, for the second consecutive year, thousands of hot girls will fill the lawn at the Bell Tower Fields for GLOWfest. Imagine neon colors, light shows, booze, and the new coming of spring.
