College students vs. college town residents is the oldest clash in the books. We've all been there with an angry neighbor who wants to rain on our parade of fun. Alas, this "Good Neighbor" public service announcement from the college town of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, is kinda old (circa 2006), but it's definitely worth putting on every college student's radar. Here's the basic gist: Three old dudes partying hard, bro-ing out, and going H.A.M. during an afternoon day chay. One guy is slamming beers from a helmet and another is pulling a keg with a motorized scooter (DUI? That looks like a red cup he's holding, officer...). Unfortunately the AARP party is distracting the neighboring college kids, all of whom are studying for their upcoming exams. Role reversal at its finest. The message? Be a good neighbor. Or don't let old people ruin your Sunday Funday. Watch the PSA below.
