PSA, all you smokers: It's 4/20 this Friday. Yay! But here's the bad news: The administration at Colorado Boulder is going to extremes to stop one of the most famous 4/20 smokeout in the country. The tactics to stop the festivities are downright gross: Smothering the quad with nasty, vile-smelling fish fertilizer so that it's literally "uninhabitable." They're also sealing off the campus so that it's only open to students and staff with university IDs. Non-students or staff caught on the CU campus on 4/20 could be arrested for trespassing and face a $750 ticket and jail time. Because that'll stop 'em. Full report below.
