For the second time in a decade, Esquire magazine has named Scarlett Johansson the Sexiest Woman Alive. Anyone got a problem with that? She was also named Sexiest Woman Alive in 2006, but I like to think that she won this year’s honor based purely on her ability to look like a complete doofus when falling down.

Last year, Esquire named Mila Kunis the sexiest woman alive. Talk about picking your low-hanging fruit. Mila and now ScarJo? No brainers both.
The only question I have now is whether or not Scarlett will be able to follow up this prestigious title (pics and video here) with the titles Mila also won afterwards: Most f**kable celebrity and the mainstream star guys most want to see do porn. Because those are real honors.
