Well that was quick. Wasn’t Stacy Keibler just dating perpetual bachelor George Clooney?
The former Dancing With the Stars contestant married Jared Pobre, a tech entrepreneur on Saturday. The 34-year-old former WWE Diva got married in a surprise sunset ceremony on a beach in Mexico. The happy couple had planned the wedding for several months and invited family members under the guise of a family vacation.
Keibler told People Magazine:
“My happiness is indescribable! Marriage is the ultimate bond of love and friendship. It means putting all your faith and trust into a person that you can’t help but believe is your soul mate. Someone who has all of your best interests at heart; someone handpicked for you, to help you grow and be the best person that you can be. Jared is all of this for me.”
The marriage comes less than a year after her split from actor George Clooney, whom she dated for two years. Keibler and Pobre, 39, have been dating for seven months and this is both their first marriage. Pobre founded Future Ads in 2001, a large and successful marketing company that has won Inc. 500 awards.
