Celebrating the return of Jessica Alba: A sexy retrospective

Since Jessica Alba has finally come out of hiding in order to promote the fact that she finally made a film again we thought this would be a good week to feature her on “Throwback Thursday.”

Hard to believe that it’s been 14 years since Jessica Alba first burst on to our radar with her role as Max Guevara aka X5-452 in Dark Angel. It was then that we knew we had a woman with star potential on our hands, but what would she do with it?

What she would do with it was pretty much shun the small screen for the silver one with films such as Sin City, Fantastic Four, Into the Blue (you owe it to yourself to watch the video above), and Machete. Unfortunately since 2010 Jessica has only been in four films, one uncredited and one using just her voice. (Something we have lamented more than once.)

Previous Throwbacks: Stacy Keibler, Scarlett Johansson & more!

Thankfully in 2014 she’s back with as many as five films including the long-awaited Sin City: A Dame to Kill For and even a TV mini-series called The Spoils of Babylon. August 22nd can’t get here fast enough.
