Instagram has opened up a whole new world for beautiful women to get noticed. Instead of having to hire a PR firm, they now can just post their pictures on the Internet and people will follow them.

Jasmine is pushing 5,000 followers on Instagram, which makes sense given the many sexy photos she shares there, but there is a good chance that number will be going up soon.
Why? Because the model/actress has been reported to be currently dating Michael Phelps. She has also been linked in the past to David Arquette, Zac Efron, Chris Pine, Ryan Seacrest, and Jesse McCartney, among others. There is good reason for her being so popular though.
