Earlier today in our continuing coverage of the 2013 Miss Hooters International Swimsuit Pageant we showed you the fifth through third place finishers. Today we met the lovely Francesca Ruffino, who finished second. What do we know about Francesca Ruffino? Well, Hooters magazine says, “This brown-eyed beauty is a genuine, intelligent young lady with a pleasant manner and wonderful personality. Francesca is passionate about everything she does and has a great work ethic. She dreams of becoming a fitness model so she can travel the world.” Good enough? Good enough.
