Billy Ray is going to be PISSED when he sees his daughter licking a dick cake that has a clear herpes sore at the top. Maybe that's why Miley is bagging the balls? She's no fool. The cake pictures were taken at Liam Hemsworth's birthday party. I've got to say, if that cake was built anywhere close to scale, Liam's doing alright for himself.
