Someone sent us over this "sex tape" of Carmen Electra, which doesn't actually include any sex, but there is some Champagne drinking, some girl-on-girl kissing, some almost stripping, and then a pretty hot lap dance. The video is after the jump (until it gets yanked down from YouTube). Warning: It's mildly NSFW. Warning: It might not actually be her. Warning: It might just be a marketing ploy. Who cares...

NSFW: The World Waits for Leighton Meester's Feet-Filled Sex Tape

According to TMZ, "Gossip Girl" star Leighton Meester has a sex tape that's about to make its world premiere:

Spotted ... "Gossip Girl" star Leighton Meester having sex with her BF... on video.

We've learned a Meester tape is being shopped around town. It was shot a few years back, and shows Leighton in mostly innocuous though nude scenes -- with several big exceptions ... one involving her very talented feet.

We're told a company called celebhotline.com is negotiating for the video. The company's spokesperson, Kevin Blatt told us, "We've seen the tape and we're hoping to close the deal."

We contacted Leighton's rep but so far ... no comment.
