You start off as "100% pussy" and try to make your way up to "100% gangsta," all the while the woman gets more bruised and battered. When you win, you're actually called a "100% idiot" because, yes, this is a PSA for domestic violence. Go click on the link if you must, but we'll save you the time and effort: DON'T HIT WOMEN! In our ongoing debate about what is Bro or Not Bro, domestic violence is at the top of the list of things that are decidedly Not Bro. Enter FanFeedr.com, a new website designed to help you find out the latest info about your favorite teams and players as they're happening. BroBible caught up with Bro Entrepreneur Ty Ahmad-Taylor, CEO and Founder of FanFeedr, last week to learn more about a site that could change the way you follow sports.

BROBIBLE: So how does FanFeedr help a fan sift through all the sports clutter that's out there on the web?

Ty Ahmad-Taylor: The pain point that we are trying to solve is allowing sports fans to connect with their teams and players as opposed to a single web site that may cover that team or player. There are four local papers in New York, and they all do a great job of covering the local teams, but there isn't one place for me to go to get all of my San Francisco 49ers news and information (that includes Yahoo, ESPN, FoxSports and others.)

We stumble across new websites, iPhone apps, and Twitter feeds worth recommending all the time, and since we've got a backlog of links to share, we thought we'd unload all of them in one post. First and foremost is Run Pee, the website so brilliantly promoted on last night's "Hard Knocks" by Jordan Palmer (Carson's brother). Here's the concept: If you're a frequent peer, and often find yourselves running down the aisle when you're out at the movie theater and missing all the best parts, you can download this iPhone app and find out the best times to run to the bathroom during a movie. While at the urinal or sitting on the can, you can follow along with the plot on your phone (which will usually fall during non-critical moments in the film, anyway) and sit back in your seat having missed nothing. Getting into college is an intimidating experience for any high school student, but for student athletes hoping to get recruited by a major (or not-so-major) program, it's even more nerve-rattling. It's no wonder many turn for help to the various recruiting websites that have popped up over the past decade or so. For former Wesleyan lacrosse teammates Chris Meade and Matt Wheeler, however, their beloved sport needed its own recruiting website, which could link up high school laxers with college coaches. The duo founded LacrosseRecruits.com in 2008 and are preparing a site overhaul this fall. BroBible caught up with Meade and Wheeler recently to discuss, among other topics, the latest site developments, the importance of game video, and the emergence of players from outside the Northeast.

BROBIBLE: What are your lacrosse backgrounds? Have you played your entire lives?

CHRIS MEADE: I was fortunate to grow up on Long Island around the corner from a bunch of lax families. Like most other people, I played Little League until I burnt out at age 11. Lacrosse was more fun and it was considered cool to play. At that point, I fell in love with the sport and have been devoted ever since.

MATT WHEELER: Like Chris, I grew up in a town (Darien, Conn.) that is very serious about lacrosse so I started real young as well. I actually switched from attack to goalie between 8th and 9th grade because my speed was just too much for people to handle so they made me jump in net.
