A few weeks ago, through our College Chick Breakdown series, we introduced you to the Tempe 12, a calendar designed to glorify the beautiful women that attend Arizona State University (ASU). As it turns out, the Tempe 12 doesn't just highlight the vixens at ASU; they set out to find calendar-worthy women from all schools in the Pac-10 and the Big Ten. Recently, the folks over at the Tempe 12 caught wind of our ASU breakdown and offered to send us some photos to post and some free calendars to enjoy responsibly. Naturally, we were pumped about this.

In my original article, I just assumed that the Tempe 12 was created by a couple of college kids as an attempt to meet hot chicks and get laid more frequently, but when I asked David Freedman, president and CEO of the Tempe 12, what his motivation was to create the calendar, I realized that my assumption might not be 100 percent accurate. "We wanted to showcase that college girls can be both beautiful and smart," says Freedman. "These are not models; they are college girls that you want to watch the game with and have a beer." Amen to that. Any girl that can't drink beer or watch a game is, for all intents and purposes, dead to me.
